Double D’s Spicy Spanish Style Drumsticks





10 Chicken Drumsticks

8 Small White Potatoes

1.5 Medium Sweet Yellow Onions

12 Medium Carrots

0.5 C Olive Oil

1.5 T Hot Sauce (More or less depending on your preference)

5.5 T Double D’s Spanish Style Seasoning (divided) – Order yours here


1 – Preheat oven to 375* F

2 – Wash and chop potatoes into 1″ pieces

3 – Wash, peel, and chop carrots into 1″ pieces

4 – Peel onion and cut into 1″ pieces

5 – Sprinkle 2 T of Double D’s Spanish Style Seasoning over the chicken

6 – Mix the remaining 3.5 T of Double D’s Spanish Style Seasoning, olive oil, and hot sauce together in a medium mixing bowl

7 – Roll each drumstick in the hot sauce mixture until well coated

8 – Arrange the drumsticks in row on the bottom of a roasting pan

9 – Spread the potatoes, carrots, and onions around the chicken

10 – Pour the remaining hot sauce mixture over the entire pan and mix until well coated

11 – Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked
